Return Process

  Log into your Studio Virupa account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags and sustainable packaging intact.

  Secure Shipping

  Pack your items securely and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
